Every other company in the country has this figured out, yet every time I try to pay my Public Mobile bill, it's the same thing "Unable to process your payment", "Unable to verify your credit card information" - etc. Why can't we do online banking? Why can't you fix your billing system? That's how you get your money - you'd think that would be important to you.

Tough spot then. Most of us find autopay is fine once you can get a credit card registered.
Given your prefernce to only pay when needed and the issues you have entering credit cards, you may be down to using vouchers; or sending private messages to the moderators.
Some members use vouchers even though they have registered for autopay; that way they get the autopay reward but have more control of their payment method (often get a credit card reward on top of autopay).

I tried with the existing info, then "modified" it with the same info, then took it out completely and put it back in again - it doesn't matter.
When the billing system is this archaic, there is absolutely no way I'm going to trust them with auto-pay.

Are you entering a credit card every time you pay, or trying to use a credit card you have registered in your account?
Are you on autopay?
