Not receiving calls

Hi:   I have the Unlimited talk to Canada/US, with internations texting and 1.5 GB of data for 90 days. For about 2 weeks now, I dont receive calls. I dont know if I have changed any settings on my phone. Can you assist with troubleshooting?
