One Time password is not working

I am not receiving OTP specifically from one vendor.  I spoke to the specific vendor they said at their end it is fine, their system is sending out the message and asked me to check with my provider.Could anyone fix this issue please.

Phone call quality

Since switching from fido to public mobile my boyfriend's call quality has deteriorated. It's scratchy, hard to hear or garbled. He has a 2018 galaxy s7. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Why didn't I receive the free 1 GB data add on?

Resolved! Paid amount due - service still expired?

My plan expired a week ago and I just now paid the amount to have it reinstated. There's still no service on my phone and when I log in it shows plan still expired. My payment has posted as it shows the amount in available credit. Any idea?
