Hi, I am unable to update my auto-pay. When i click update auto-pay it is saying succesful updated your payment method. But, I still see old payment method.
I have payment date for jan 4th, 2020. I have messaged moderators, but i havent gotten an response yet.
Can anyone help?

You can wait for their reply, or use another device to perform this updating operation again.

I tried on different devices, but same error.
Just to be safe i'll put extra credits in my account.

@Jasgrewal- Did you try clearing your browser's cache? Alternatively, launch browser in incognito/privacy mode.

You can log into My Account and manually add your plan costs using your valid credit card. That seems to make the renewal process happy and you still get autopay reward.
