Can someone try changing their account from one plan to another? I tried changing mine this morning and the page is less than helpful with a lot of options unavailable and text not showing up?
Am I alone on this?

I changed one of my accounts plans around 5am EST this morning. Had NO issues on Chrome browser via my sell phone.
As suggested above. Try another browser.

Try using a different browser and incognito mode. Clear your cache and cookies then reboot.

It is recommended to switch upon next renewal date so you don't lose any unused minutes/data/text.
If you still need assistance then submit a ticket to a moderator.
