Talk not included

I'm trying to call a 1-888 number that I called earlier today. Now its say that my plan ($25 plan) doesnt include talk.

That happens to me sometimes too. I just hang up, then redial the number. Usually works after 2 or 3 attempts. Not sure why we get that message though.

Verify that the format of the number you are dialing is valid:

• 1-888-xxx-xxxx will work
• 888-xxx-xxxx will work
• 01-888-xxx-xxxx is not valid, and you will get the generic "Sory, talk is not included in your current plan" message

Something is wrong, it definitely is included

You will most likely have to contact moderators

Since your aunt is not due yet, when it's time renewal? Did you ever contact them about fixing the date issue?

Try rebooting your phone.  When you log into your self serve account - what is the status ?
