I spent $10 on SIM cards and another $30 on a plan and couldn't get better than 3G. Couldn't talk to anyone at all. Another Telus scam!

@DavidBuchstein , what phone are you using? All plans have access to the 5G/4G/3G network. There are no network access restrictions.

@DavidBuchstein Have you checked your phone settings to make sure the device isn't set to 3G instead of LTE or 5G? What phone do you have? I get 5G on my phone with speeds often up to or slightly exceeding the advertised maximum with Public Mobile. BTW there's no one to "talk" to on the phone, customer service is by opening a service ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page, or sending agents a private message. Public Mobile is designed as a "no frills" self-serve carrier and isn't for everyone for that reason.
