Voucher did not work!!

I have a voucher here I bought at superstore in yarmouth ns and it does not work at all. I can't get any help at all anywhere with this problem...I bought a 5 and 20 voucher and the 5 worked and 20 never. @Moderator_Team

Dropped calls

I have noticed that every time now I am on a phone call for over half an hour or less the call will drop and I am disconnected.what is going on as I am within service. It is not an account or SIM card/ battery issue.
