i cant log in to my account

hi im trying to log in to my account but for some reason it not working and i'm trying to change my mastercard so i can pay my bill but when i called 611 it did not give me the option to do that

You cannot change your mastercard via 611.

 

You need to logon your self-serve account. What happens when you try to logon? Are you getting an error message?

p.s. I cannot believe that there are already so many replies above and noone has asked what problem the OP has trying to logon. And some of the posts are just telling the OP to contact Moderators... Shesh, might as well just bot this forum and get on with your lives.

Clear your cache and cookies in your browser and try it again. It happens sometimes.

If you are having trouble with your services, the next step is to contact a moderator. Here is the link to create a ticket through SIMon:

 when i called 611 they have my master card but i want to change it to a diiferent mastercard but it wont let me

What happens when you try 611? If you have a card registered then it should give you options to use it. Actually using it may then have its own problems. So I wonder if something is going on.

Try using a different browser and incoginto mode.  Also clear your cache and cookies then reboot.  If you still have problems then submit a ticket by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.
