Android APN NOT CORRECT

Hello, If you have a newer Android phone 8.0+ the APN for public mobile is not correct and you cannot edit it? Why has public mobile not set the correct APN by default I have paid for data and there is no possiblility to get it to work.

My data was working until I bought a new phone now it won't connect, it's a lg g6 I've ever added public  mobile  to my access point names but no luck now I'm wondering  if I used up all my data ,how can I tell if my data has ran out?
