I added the us addon this morning in Hawaii and it has not activated yet

ThanksI just returned from Hawaii. The roaming package did not work.How do i get a credit?

The problem was within the system. The moderator ended up having to remove the addon and then add it again. Although I purchased it, it was not showing up as an addon. The option to re-purchase the us addon had also disappeared.
