Have arrived in us. Bought roaming for my wife and my phone.  Mine works.  Hers does not

@Pdhames  Doublecheck both of your accounts to see if you havent both been credited back for your roaming add ons. All enabled US roaming add ons are being credited back to pm customers if purchased and used from march 13th to april 30th. Because of the issues with your wifes it may not be automatically credited back to her account so contacting the moderators will be required.

If you are still having problems contacting Public Mobile then click here. The link  sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.

I just returned from Hawaii.  The roaming package did not work.

How do i get a credit?

Try rebooting her phone and make sure roaming is enabled.

If the roaming add-on is data then turn on roaming.

Try manually scanning for and finding and connecting to either T-Mobile or AT&T.
