Porting a number from Koodo to PM

I just activated a new SIM from PM, and now trying to port my number from Koodo to PM.  But PM selfserve server is sooo slow, so I am not be able to complete my number port online yet...  Would I lose my Koodo number after certain period of time?

Self Serve really slow?

Why is the self serve website so slow? Logging in takes like 5 minutes and every time I click on something... another 5 minutes or so, if it even works at all.Tried different browsers and mobile data network... still the same with all that I tried.

Email confirmation

I didn't get an email confirmation upon activation but payment was taken off my card . i did get an error code telling me to log on again.  I don't want to do this for fear of two payments being taken off my card. What does this mean?
