@koorush_2003 be Dial 611 do you have a $4x balance in your account? If yes, you still haven't added the add-on into your account yet. Just go back in and do it again. As for the added payment those funds will be automatically used to pay for your next plan renewal so no need to worry about a refund.

What is the available amount on your account?
If it is $45, you have not purchased anything. You just add fund to your account.
Please post a screen shot of your payment history masked out your personal info. We will take a look at what went wrong with your purchases.

@koorush_2003....did you want the $8 Canada / US 200 minute calling add-on ? You must add $8 to My Account / Available Funds, then go back and buy that add-on that you want.

You need to be in the US and enable roaming.
To purchase Add-Ons using your Self-Serve account, follow these steps:
If you made an overpayment then you are better off to leave the credit in your account.

@koorush_2003 purchasing an add-on is a 2 step process go back in to self serve and apply the addon
contact customer support here to get a refund
type "refund"
(use the chat bubble options, then click "submit a ticket, click me" option)

make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a message
you might as well just leave the credit in there for next renewal date since it take about a month for a refund
