If you had a legacy plan there seems to be an issue with plans not changing, you should contact a moderator, you can send them a private message here:

You need to reach the moderator in a private message https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 and give them details of your problem. Waiting time is few hours to 2 days. Be patient.

Send ONE (1) private message to the moderators here and you'll get a reply with a form back to fill out identifying information.
Depending on your notification settings, you would get an email notifying you of this reply. Don't reply to the email. Get back here and see a red blob over the little envelope in the upper right of your screen and click on it to see the message.
Then after the verification hopefully they will get back to you as soon as they can between M-F 8am-00 (ET) and Sat-Sun 8am-10pm (ET). But it could be up to a couple days.@Moderator_Team
