Invalid SIM

I just purchased a Public Mobile SIM and I tried to activate it today.  I made a mistake in the payment section and it flagged as an error and I had to start again.  Now whenever I try to enter the SIM card #, it says, "Invalid SIM".

 

Here are things I've already tried:

 

- Using incognito mode

- Clearing the cache

- Using another computer

- Waiting 50 minutes and then trying again

- Putting the SIM in my phone (no service)

- Logging in (forgot my password said "Unable to verify email address")

 

Any advice?

From 10 minutes to 48 hours. Today seems like a very busy day for them because of the legacy customer transition problems so you need to be patient.Smiley Happy

Sound like you activation is half done. Your best bet at this point is to 

send a message to the @CS_Agent by clicking on the following link:

The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.
