I understand @WGUER that you need a new SIM card. You could message customer service but it may take some time to resolve the addressing. Just so you know, you can place any address on there, even your work address. But let me share with you other ways to get a SIM card.

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/pick-up-SIM - Find a local store in your area.

Amazon

Or find a Mobile Klinik near you. https://mobileklinik.ca/stores/

These ways would be MUCH faster than getting it from Public Mobile directly as it can take up to 3-4 weeks by Canada Post with no tracking number. And if you don't get it or get's lost, it can take another 3-4 weeks in the mail.

@WGUER

If you are in a new development where the maps are not updated then you need to contact a CS_Agent to help you update it.

But if it is not a new development. You can update it yourself. Just go to Account-Manage Profile and change the address and click on Save.

hi @WGUER

ask PM support agent to update for you

You can submit a support ticket right at My Account and PM app using the  Expert Messaging in one of these ways:

  • My Account on a browser: Login and click Message Centre on the left pane to Start a Chat
  • Public Mobile App : Login, and Go to Support page, click Chat with an Agent, and Start a chat
  • If unable to access My Account/PM app, submit a ticket here using the your current Community login (or use another email to create a new Community account):   https://expert-messaging.publicmobile.ca/guest/chat/

    At the Chat, type "Submit Ticket", then type "Connect Agent", and type "Connect Agent" again.  Then login to open ticket
    (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email" or "Send Voice Message")

Support agent will reply within 2 to 4 hours.  You will be notified via SMS/email or monitor here:

Remember: Support hours of operation: 9 AM to 10 PM ET
