If you had a legacy plan there seems to be an issue with plans not changing, you should contact a moderator, you can send them a private message here:

you can post a screenshot your payment history here and hide your personal information. or you need to be patient to wait for the response from MOD.

You can send a private message to the moderators by clicking the envelope icon at the top right of your screen. In the Send To, type 'Moderator_Team'. Response time is a few hours, to 2 days.
In the meantime, would you be able to explain what happened? Maybe we can figure out what the issue is.
