Activated SIM - still unable to receive calls

I activated my SIM card online about 12hrs+ ago. I still cannot receive calls on my cell. I transferred my number over from SpeakOut. I probably didn't enter the right SpeakOut account or PIN, so who do I follow up with? Thanks.

Payment Option

This is not a question but a suggestion. Can the Visa and Mastercard logo be added in the payment option section. Two people have said to me that only paypal is shown. I think alot of signups are being lost here.
