I get international long-distance bonus minutes one-time add-on by SMS, I try to call Iran but it does not work and i keep getting a message "public Mobile"Could you please check my line to see if there is an issue?
I have 100 minutes plan, I used only call forwarding service last month and now, I get a message that I can not call out due to my plan.I really appreciate it if somebody can help me to figure it out why it happened?

Hi DarliciousI did dail 011 98 XXX XXXX but did not work and i looked at the list of the international calling by Public Mobile, Iran is not in the list.
public mobile has an awful interface. I do not know when the are going to fix it. I love to see my phone number and account number on my account because I need to know which account I am delling with, I have 4 lines and I have to manage all of them.
