Resolved! Incoming calls not ringing through

I transferred my number from Virgin to Public. I can call out, send and receive text messages; but my incoming calls aren't ringing through. I checked to make sure I didn't have call forwarding on or airplane mode. What else could it be?

Iphone SE2020 using 3G not able to use internet today.

A family member's phone cannot access internet today. Is that because it is still on a 3G plan? I use 4G with PM and have internet access. (However the characters in this text box take far too long to show up for some reason.)

Resolved! data disappearing

For several nights I have had data use just after midnight when my phone has been charging while I sleep.  Any ideas of how it might be disappearing.  The first few nights it was under 50 mg but last night is was almost 400 mg.
