Hi PM team,
During Esim setup the PM app gave me an unexpected error. I received the email with the esim and completed the process there. I got the port request through Telus for my previous account and replied yes, my Telus account terminated immediately after the yes. After 5 hours I still don't have Public Mobile service and the PM app is trying to send me SMS OTP, but can't receive it to log-in, so need help here.
