Canada plan

Hi, I went to a Canada/US/Mexico plan while travelling to the US for a few months. Im back in Canada now so Id like to switch to a Canada only plan, it used to be $15 monthly. My husbands is $19 monthly but only seems to be offering me $25 monthly unless setting up a new account, then it offers $20 monthly if you don't need a lot of data, any advise?

the $15 plan is now $18

You can only change to plans offered on your My Account, there is really no way to get plans not offered there

and those $18 - $24 plans are no longer plans available for everyone to move down.

@PaulB2  First of all the $15 plan is no longer available to anyone and secondly we can only change to the plans we see in our accounts despite what we see on the website unfortunately. Just remember thou when you do see a plan in your account to change to to use the change on renewal option and not immediately so you don’t lose $ on your current cycle as public mobile is pre paid service and no refunds / pro rating for unused time

sorry, the $20 is pretty much a new subscribers plan now.  For existing subscribers, they might see the $20 plan if they have a $18 or $19 plan

and if you see the $25 plan, this is as low as you can get now.
