For everyone that complains about not being able to take advantage of advertised plans for new activations only (as all carriers do) I offer this. I am on the 24 months 50% off of $40/100GB Can-US-Mex. If I look in the app I am offered the following plans to change to if I wish: $35/100GB Can-US-Mex (vs advertised $35/30GB Canada only), $40/150GB Can-US-Mex (vs $40/60GB 3 Can-US-Mex) and $50/250GB Can-US-Mex (vs $50/100GB Can-US-Mex). Keep checking, there ARE occasionally better plans on the app than publicly advertised. In this case 3 plans that are much better than advertised.

1. So you are now being offered change subscription options which are much worse than your current 2 year $20 100GB Can-US-Mex plan? How are those current options better for you?
2. Explain how you got your 2 year $20 100GB Can-US-Mex deal in the first place. Did you get it as a new activation (by porting out and porting back in)? Or were you one of the very fortunate few that took advantage of the well known temporary "glitch" when that offer was made to some but not all existing subscribers. The vast majority of existing subscribers were not offered that "glitch" deal.
3. If there is any lesson to be learned, and I always advise this: new subscribers should sign up for the cheapest plan because PM will usually offer you something better to try to get you to upgrade to a more expensive plan. And the caveat is that once you upgrade, it's pretty difficult to try to downgrade.
@funpig1 You should learn how dial back the passive aggressive tone. I know that tone and intent is hard to impart through a forum but starting the post by laughing and then insinuating that I can't understand that they are not better for me personally isn't needed. Nor is point 2 essentially demanding I tell you how I got my plan. You could have just asked properly. Calling me one of the "very fortunate few" may perhaps make you feel better that you didn't get it but there was no shortage of current subscribers here and on reddit that saw it and took advantage of it.
The intent of my post was not to say the plans offered to me are better than what I currently have but to show that there are better than what is advertised for new subscribers. Regardless of what plan I have been on, there has almost always been at least one in the app that was better than what was being advertised for new subscribers, including the occasional lower priced (for me) plan.
Lots of subscribers complain here that we don't get options as good as those offered to new subscribers. I was just showing that we sometimes do.
