Resolved! new subscriber here, esim is failing to activate!

Very frustrating. In order for full access to help they are sending a code to the new number which is not functioning . Duh! The problem is that the new number is not activated and therefore I am not receiving the codes .

Resolved! Incoming calls go straight to vm

No ring, incoming calls go straight to voicemail. Outgoing calls work.Took out the sim, restarted, toggled airplane mode, checked all 3G/4G call settings, account is active and not in arrears.Any help welcome.
