I purchased a plan with a sim card and still have not received the sim card since Black Friday.
Can anyone help?

It can take up to 3 weeks to receive a physical SIM when ordering it straight from Public Mobile's website. It's nearing that point with you so I would suggest submitting a ticket with the customer support team. You can do so by using the following link:

Please be sure to explain the issue to them. They will respond to you in your community inbox so check it from time to time. Due to high volumes, the delays for your ticket can be 24-48 hours.
If you need the SIM card immediately, there are other ways that you can purchase one. Here are the list of ways to get a SIM:

@Sharonsu821 That’s way to long please submit ticket with support . maybe call around to local Koodo Telus store for person pick up or order from Amazon they have them for $4.99 and ask support to reimburse you for it

if 3 weeks already, it looks like it was loss on the way, You will need to ask agent to confirm if they got the order and sent. Please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

Don't let agent to resend you another one. Just ask agent to let you buy from Telus or Koodo store and have them to reimburse you the amount
