Successful transfer number but numbers cannot call in and text not received

I have transferred to Public mobile about 10 days ago. The last few days I realized that some phone numbers could not be received (straight to voice mail), and text messages also not be able to received.  Are contacting the customer service the only solution (their lines are so busy, and the online ticket submitting almost never works - keep encountering error).  Thanks.

@VivCC  No worries I’ll send you the porting team number private message and they can re trigger the port request for you

HI @VivCC if you cannot receive calls and text, porting was not done

 call Porting team for update.  I will send you the porting team number, check your Community inbox
