I received the SIM card this afternoon and want to transfer my current number to the new Public Mobile SIM card. But, when I tried the transfer process, I can't find my Old Service Provider: China Telecom-CTExcel on the dropdown list with the app. It seems I can't type the name in the box, so I can't go ahead to complete the transfer process. How to do? Please advise. Thank you.

yes, you download the app, login and choose a new number (do not choose bringing in number). Then complete the activation and make sure the phone fully functioning. At that time, submit a ticket with PM as the ways I mentioned above and ask PM support to help to bring in your number from CTExcel

Thank you for your reply. It looks a little complex. How do I get a temporary new number? Just click " Select Number" tab in app? Once I have the new number, then I need to submit a ticket to ask for transferring number to instead of the temporary new number, is it right? Generally, after I get the new number and submit the ticket, how long will it take to complete the porting manually?

to transfer from China Telecom, you need support's help
But first get a temporary new number and let the account fully setup first. Once setup , then open ticket with PM support for them to port manually
submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
