How do we access our Public Points?

I noticed on Public Mobile Plan, they state earn $0.75-1.20/mth on Public Points, does that apply to existing customers?  If so, how do we access our Public Points ?  Also, are the points redeem for offset of bill payment or?

If you are a long time member. You are on the better Legacy Reward system. The Points system are for new members.

So DO NOT volunteer to switch over to the Points system because the old system you will receive a monthly credit and also a $2 credit/month off your monthly bill for being on AutoPay.

The Points system you need to collect 15 points for $15 off based on 5% of your monthly bill and no points for being on AutoPay.

@danlee1  If your in the new points system then check your rewards portal and once you have 15 points you can redeem $15 off your bill

HI @danlee1  if you are on old legacy rewards system, you won't get the Public Points, it is "either" "or", not both

and dont change to Public points, it is not as good as legacy rewards
