Data Usage

Switched from $15 plan to $18 today.Wthin minutes of first using the phone, I received a text saying I have used 95% of my data quota (1 GB)Phone shows 255 kb used. Account shows 0.10/1GBWhat's going on?  TIA

Billing issue

I was charged $36 on September 29th for my old plan of 50 GB of data, then on October 4 I changed my subscription to the 100 GB plan and paid another $50Do I not get credit for the $36 I paid under my old plan that I used for only a days?
