I haven't used another sim card on my phone since I don't have an extra one. I did reboot my phone and reset the network settings. I think the sim card got damaged or scratched. I can see lines on the metal side.
I remobed the sim card a week ago, and I test it in another phone and didn't work. I can't get in to my account. The email added to the account is too old and never used it.
