Hi, I purchased a new eSIM through the Public Mobile app, but it shows “Unable to Activate” on my new device and asks me to contact the carrier.
I have already deleted the old eSIM from my previous phone. The new eSIM has been downloaded and is showing on the new device, but it still cannot be activated.
Please check the eSIM provisioning on my account and resolve this issue as soon as possible, as I urgently need to use my service.
Thank you.

Hello @EcholLiam
We are all customers like you here. Nobody from Public Mobile is here.
With that being said, go to the eSIM, make sure it's set as your primary. You can try a few things. Restart the phone. You can do a Network Reset. You can stick it into airplane mode for a minute or two and then reboot and then turn airplane mode off.
If you still require help, here are ways to contact customer service. Note, it could be several hours before they reach out to you.
If you are able to log into your account, please do so. When there, on your left hand side you will see Message Centre. A new window will pop up will open up on the right side of the screen. (If you have a pop up blocker on your browser, please disable it for Public Mobile). Click on Start Chat. Enter Contact Us and follow the prompts to a CS Agent.
If you’re unable to log in, please use the following link and enter Contact Us and follow the prompts.
