Phone call quality

Since switching from fido to public mobile my boyfriend's call quality has deteriorated. It's scratchy, hard to hear or garbled. He has a 2018 galaxy s7. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Why didn't I receive the free 1 GB data add on?

I see my friends/family have received a text on August 23rd for this free add on, but I didn't. Does anyone know why? I've had my account for the same amount of time/longer than them. Thanks.

Resolved! Paid amount due - service still expired?

My plan expired a week ago and I just now paid the amount to have it reinstated. There's still no service on my phone and when I log in it shows plan still expired. My payment has posted as it shows the amount in available credit. Any idea?

Resolved! question about $15 plan

$15 plan says 100 minutes canada wide and unlimited incoming calls. Does that mean that minutes are only deducted from 100 minutes for out going calls?
