Hi I'm helping out my friend set up their self serve to get the free gifts but it wont recognize his phone number. We've already sent in a ticket but wondering if there is any other way to fix this before the midnight deadline? He activated in store.

Thank you he was able to do it thru 611 on his phone. We thought we had plenty of time until we hit that hiccup as I forgot about having to set up your self serve account when you activate in store. Whew!

@treefrog did you do the activation at home? If so, while doing the activation the system automatically creates the self serve account....
Have you tried logging in with email and password chosen? Instead of trying to c
reate a self serve account..
Edit - as PCgeek mentioned you can collect the gifts via 611.

I would dial *611 from that phone and try adding the free add-ons from there.
