Hello,
my account was set up on preauthorised payment plan, however due to postal strike it went as inactive. i am trying to pay my bill online using self serve option, pay now and resume service, however it's not allowing me to do so. Also the credit card which was used originally for pre-authoirsed payment is active, so i am not sure why it's not working.Do i need to set up this again or will it continue automatically?
i am not able to use my cell phone plan it's frustrating, there's no customer service to call as well. So for the past two days, i am with my cell phone. please advise ASAP!!!!

Hey @Karen_aron1
Fastest way to get back up is to hit up a Shoppers Drug Mart and grab yourself a voucher. A voucher is valid within 24 hours of purchasing it and you can dial 611 on the phone to load it. That will at least get you back up and running faster. The website is known to have caching issues. So you could try to clear your cache in your browser, the restart the browser and log back in and try again. If that doesn't work, try the app on your phone. I've never had any issues with updating credit cards on the app. If I did, I just clear the cache on the app and restart the phone. Presto, easy as pie.
