My account subscription gave me an error activating

I am stuck on step 6. I have paid and subscribed but when I chose eSIM and to transfer my number the app gave me this errror. “Subscription not activated” I am unable to restart the process and choose a new number. If I can’t resolve this problem I would lie to cancel the phone number transfer. I will do that. I just want the service I have paid for with the subscription.

THANK YOU SO MUCH IVE BEEN TRYING FOR SO LONG. I DON’T KNOW WHY I DIDN’T THINK OF THAT SOLUTION. I found it easier to compile all the information in my notes then copy and paste but I see now the issue. Thank you kindly.

I would suggest that it might be easier to delete everything in the private message dialog box and start over.  Try not to copy and paste any content from elsewhere.
