Hi, signed up for PM recently. I currently have an esim, and use an iPhone. For future reference. I was wondering. When i go to upgrade my iphone, do i need to purchase a new esim? Or does the eSIM transfer method work through ios?
basically what i’m asking is whether it would be free to transfer the esim to a new phone, or would there be a small fee for a new eSIM?

@Phuviano It’s free but you can’t transfer eSIM instead you have to log into your account with new phone and rebuy esim the system should recognize you already have eSIM and credit you the money back at check out and if not just message support and they will credit you

@Phuviano You don't directly transfer the esim to the new phone, instead you download the Public Mobile app onto your new phone, log in to your existing account, and then "purchase" another esim. Since you already have an esim you will be credited with the $5 cost and if for some reason that doesn't happen just contact customer service.

it's Free. but you need to download the PM app on the new phone, buy the new eSIM and pay the $5 first, then open ticket with PM and ask for reimbursement
