Number porting

I have still waiting for my number porting over 24hrs. And try to submit a ticket, the system will not allow me to submit even I enter my name, previous account number, and phone number for porting. I do not know what to do.

Cannot log in

I just activated a sim and created an account in the process, but now cannot log in, saying no email can be found. I received the activation email though to the email that cannot be found. Any help please?
