Hi, I'm getting an error message with the following error code: SEC_ERROR_REVOKED_CERTIFICATE
I had thought I could do a workaround by using the browser on my mobile, cause I was able to get to the page, but then I get the part where I need to make a change to my6 plan, I get a weird HTTP error 403.14 - Forbidden
Is there something going on with the website?

Not working for me. Plan page is messed. It works in other browsers but not Firefox.

The self serve site was doing all sorts of funny things today. Most notibly, my plan details were blank for most of the afternoon and plan changes weren't possible. Some renewals were also very late today to be processed (some time around 6 or 7pm EST).

The site work for me today. I was on it earlier this afternoon and just now without issue.
But Self-Serve is always slow. Yes, it acts funny sometime, but usually I wait an hour or two and will be good again.

I mentioned in another post that Brave works. Chromium also does.

See this prior thread:
- clear the cache and the cookies of your browser or try logging in using a different browser(IE, Chrome, Mozilla Firefox)
- if you still have trouble logging in do not hesitate to reach out to SIMon or create a ticket to get a moderator to look into this for you.

Hi. I'm having the same problem, but so far just with Firefox and forks. I can say that Brave browser works, as that's what I'm using now. Hope that helps some.

No problem logging in my PM accounts.

there are no problems detected with Public Mobile

Are you talking about your Self Serve account?
Clear your device's/browser's cache, and/or try a different browser. Sometimes opening a tab in incognito helps to.
Sometimes, you just gotta, try again with these finicky sites.
