my phone is suspended and auto payment is not working

Resolved! Account was suspended before the due date.

I can not receive incoming call and my account was suspended. I never had any problems before. My account is on Auto-pay. Anyone knows what is going on. It looks like there is no customer service line . How do I get in touch with PM?

I am wondering why autopay didn’t take my payment as scheduled. It has said that I am setup/active and gave me the next date the patent will be taken. I cannot have this happen every month! How do we get this resolved?
