I forgot to put referral code when i activated new sim card today

HiI moved from BC TO ALBERTA on February15 2020. Today i realized that i am paying extra taxes on my both numbers.I am paying 12% but in actual its only 5% in Alberta.I am paying extra taxes since February-march 2020.

i did not receive $4 rewards for this month.$1 referred friend,$2 auto pay $1 loyal customerI changed my plan on September 7th 2020.

HiI have 2 public mobile plans, due to covid 19 i have financial difficulties, i want to change my $25 plan to $15 plan.If i will change my plan will it effect on my Rewards, and add-ons(i got promos, one time promotions, and holidays giveaways, bonu...
