I just submitted a ticket to transfer a phone number, as it was not allowing me to do this when I signed up. It said to contact a moderator. I put my old Koodo SIM card back in my phone, as I want to keep my number. Will the moderator contact me via email, or do they text?

^^^^ this by @gblackma . It might take up to 3 hrs for the transfer to complete. Please come back and tell us what happens. Good luck!

@OleRoy The moderators response will appear in the envelope icon top right (next to your avatar). Keep checking that for their response which usually takes between 1-48 hours.
Edit: Don't close your Koodo account until the porting is completed, meanwhile you can use your Koodo SIM or the temporary number (if you took one at activation) until moderators complete the port for you. Welcome to PM.
