I see plans for new activations that are not available to existing plans. Is it possible to setup a new account and afterwards transfer to it the phone number from another active PM account?

hi @Immune sorry, switch numbers between 2 accounts is not allowed. You can only choose to change to plans you see on your Change Subscription page on My Account

No, this is not allowed.
Others have ported out to another carrier and back in, but everything will be new. The minute you port out, that account will be closed with PM.
Maybe not worth the trouble...
