authentication error while creating a post

After spending over an hour to fill out a community post an authentication error pops up and I lost everything that I had typed. What a waste of my time. Now I'll have to start all over again  because it didn't auto save much of it.

I just tried to make a phone call and eventually I got "Public Mobile here you don't have a plan with calling ....", but I have the $25 plan with Canada Wide.  Any suggestions what would do this and how to correct?
