Resolved! Phone going to voicemail

My new account (on iPhone 6) goes straight to voicemail. I have recently transferred from Freedom Mobile but it is now over 24 hours. Also, the voicemail it goes to is the Freedom one!

Why are call going to voice mail????

I can call out and all calls are going to voice mail.  I changed sim card to a new phone and this is happening. What is the answer?? I hope customer service reads these messages. I'm ready to cancel my account.
