Hi, my husband is locked out of his account.  It states that he tried too many times to log in, but he hasn't as he knows his password.  It also says to try in an hour but it does the same thing every time. Can he get his account credentials reset please?

@Jdizzle53  Try the bottom link I sent .to send direct message to Support if the chat bot is not working for you

Unfortunately, the chat leads me to a different spot that doesn't include my issue.

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
