Hi, just wondering how to get support, I decided to transfer my phone number to public mobile and not I don’t have any cell service, and I can’t access my account either because they send an verification code to my phone number that I can’t access, how do I fix this?

Did you try reboot your phone first or test the sim card in another phone?
but it could be just a sim card provisioning issue, which is an easy fix on PM side and you just need to engage them by direct message here:
