eSim not working

I have recently change phones (using iPhone SE) and transferred to PM from Telus. I purchased the eSim and it was working but I had to reset my phone to factory settings after installation (to transfer contacts from one phone to the other), and now the phone doesn't send/receive texts or phone calls. I also can't access my PM account as I can't confirm the identity code texted to my phone number since my phone isn't accepting text messages.

if there is really no email or voicemail option, ask PM support agent to help.  You can submit  ticket by direct message:

I don't get the option to choose voicemail or email. It just says

hi @JF_0608 

can you receive the code via email or voicemail? Click didn't recieve code and choose.  If you choose voicemail, call yourself from another phone to get the voicemail

and you can try to buy the esim again, just ask PM to reimburse the cost
