Overcharged when plan changed

I changed my plan today and was charged for the old plan $40 and then $45 for the new plan. For a total of $90. I was not credited $40 for the old plan which had not yet started

My data limit didn't reset with the new month

My current plan cycle started on May 13th but my data limit didn't reset. It still tells me that I used 990MB of my data which is not true so now I don't have data until June 12th. Can you advise what seems to be the problem?Thanks

Every time I make a call, my line is filled with static and there isn’t a constant clicking. texts are slow to deliver and I have only one bar of coverage.I’m on the 4G network and live in a major city in Alberta.Anyone know how to fix this?
