Yesterday I had about 30 or so Bravos here on the community. Today I login and now I only have 7. Not sure what happened there. Anyone else have this happen to them?

You could try messaging support to ask if they will give you the $19 plan. Worth a try before you go through the trouble of porting out.

You will not actually earn a point until your plan renews.Once your friend signs up you will get a text notifying you, usually get the text at 2:05 pm. Not sure what the cut off time is so you might not get the text until the next day.

Why do you think so?Does the phone service still work? Some times on the day your plan renews there is a bit of a glitch that shows your plan as suspended. (But really it is fine)

How long since you switch over? Sometimes the process takes a few hours.
